In Residential Zones, fences are capped at 1.8m high (2.5m for a fence enclosing a tennis court or an above-ground pool, set back 3m from the lot line). Every swimming pool must be enclosed by a fence at least 1.5m high, located 1-7.5m from the pool edge.
