ACCOUNTS
Single detached residential buildings and semi-detached
residential buildings that are individually metered.
Volumetric Charge = $2.124/m3
Fixed Cost = $0.97 per day ($354 per annum)
Sewer Rate = 90% of the volumetric charge and fixed cost.
Applies to all owners/occupants of separately assessed
parcels of land connected to the sewage system.

2026 Sewer & Water Rates
Effective April 1, 2026, Sewer & Water rates are as follows:
Water rate increases for the three months that end April 30 and May 31, will be phased in to reflect the
portions of the billing at the old and new rates.
