BY-LAW NUMBER 77 OF 2025
BEING A BY-LAW TO REPEAL AND REPLACE BY-LAW NUMBER 98 OF 2024—
AMENDING SCHEDULE ‘A’ TO BY-LAW 58 OF 2011 TO ESTABLISH UTILITY
BILLING AND COLLECTION PROCEDURES
WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Warwick passed By-law 58 of 2011 to
Establish a Utility Billing and Collection Policy and Procedures;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Warwick hereby deems it expedient to
amend Schedule “A” to By-law No. 58 of 2011 re: Part 1 —- Metered Water/Sewer Rates
by repealing and replacing by-law 98 of 2024 with this by-law;
AND WHEREAS amended Schedule “A” is attached hereto and forms part of this by-
law;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Township of Warwick hereby enacts as
follows:
1. That By-law 58 of 2011 — To Establish a Utility Billing and Collection Policy and
Procedures, be amended according to the attached Schedule “A” — Part 1 —
Metered Water/Sewer Rates;
2. That By-law 98 of 2024 — Amending Schedule ‘A’ to By-law 58 of 2011 be
repealed and replaced with By-law 77 of 2025;
3. And that this By-law shall take effect on January 1%, 2026.
READ a first, second and third time and FINALLY PASSED this 15" day of December,
2025.
