AGRICULTURAL INSTITUTIONAL (AIN) ZONE
REGULATIONS
The Agricultural Institutional (AIN) Zone is intended to apply to lands designated "Institutional" in the
rural areas outside of Settlement Areas and, as well as areas designated "Agricultural Resource Area" in
the Official Plan.
7.1
PERMITTED USES
No land shall be used and no buildings or structures shall be erected, used, or altered in
the Agricultural Institutional (AIN) Zone except for the following purposes:
Cemetery;
Church or Place of Worship;
Small-scale school, public or private;
Accessory uses to the above permitted uses.
7.2
MINIMUM LOT AREA
No municipal water supply or sanitary sewage disposal service:
2,045 m²
Partial municipal services (water or sanitary sewer):
1,060 m²
Full municipal water and sanitary sewage disposal services:
560 m²

For the purposes of MDS setback requirements this property shall be considered a Type
A land use as long as the site is used for residential purposes.
