# Notice of Passing of a Development Charges Bylaw Amendment

Take notice that on March 18, 2025, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of West Grey passed Bylaw 2025-022, being a bylaw to amend municipal-wide Development Charges Bylaw, being Bylaw 31-2020, under section 2 (1) of the Development Charges Act, 1997, S.O., 1997 c. 27, as amended.
The purpose of the amendment is to remove the expiration date of the current Development Charges Bylaw.
No map is provided as the amending bylaw applies to the entire municipality.
A copy of the bylaw is available for examination at the West Grey Municipal Office, 402813 Grey Road 4, Durham, Ontario, during regular business hours.
