sale or use restricted Sale, possession, and discharge of fireworks are all restricted. Firecrackers and flying lanterns are fully prohibited (sale, possession, discharge). Consumer fireworks sale restricted to licensed premises in Commercial Zones and limited seasonal windows. Persons under 18 prohibited from possessing fireworks.
