Fences under 1.83m (6ft) need no development permit. Pools must be enclosed by a fence or wall at least 1.2m (4ft) high with a self-closing, self-latching gate. On corner lots, fences, signs, hedges, shrubs or trees within the sight-triangle may not exceed 0.6m (2ft).
