## BYLAW NO. 09/2020
## A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW 07/14
The Council of the Town of Aberdeen in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
That section 4.7 FENCES subsection 4.7.4
No wall, fence, screen or similar structure, excepting permitted accessory buildings, shall be erected in a required side or rear yard, or on a site line adjacent to a required side or rear yard, to a height of more than 2.0 metres above grade level, and in a rear yard abutting any alley minimum of .61 metres from the rear property line.
This bylaw shall come into force upon adoption of Council.
