* A BYLAW OF THE NORTHERN VILLAGE OF AIR RONGE, IN THE PROVINCE OF SASKATCHEWAN IN RESPECT TO CONTROLLING LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY. * * * * * * * * ** The Council of the Northern Village of Air Ronge, in the Province of Saskatchewai under the provisions of Section 100 of the Northern Municipalities Act, enacts as follows: 1. No person shall herd cattle at any time within the limits of the Northern Village of Air Ronge. 2. No person shall graze cattle, nor shall cattle be permitted to graze at any time within the limits of the Northern Village of Air Ronge. 3. No person shall keep horses, cattle, or other livestock, poultry, pigeons, foxes, mink or any animal reared for the bearing of fur within the limits of the Northern Village 4. The raising of rabbits within the limits of the Northern Village of Air Ronge may be permitted upon the approval of council, and council may in their discretion limit the number of rabbits to be kept in any area. 5. 5.a) Animals and poultry as specified in the preceeding clauses 1,2 and 3 of this Bylaw, may, upon approval of council be kept in the area specified as: 6. " Bounded on the east by the westerly boundary of Kitsakie Indian Reserve No. 156B and the straight production south-easterly across the Montreal River, the right bank of the Montreal River, and the right bank of an unnamed creek; Bounded on the north by a line on a true bearing of 280° through the north-west corner of Kitsakie Indian Reserve No. 156B; and Bounded on the south by a line being the straight production,i westerly on the north boundary of Lac La Ronge Indian Reserve No. 156." - b) Where council approves the keeping of animals within the specified area, council may limit the number of animals kept at any location. 6. Any person who violates any provision of this Bylaw is guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to the penalties as provided in the general penalty bylaw of the Northern Village of Air Ronge. 7. Bylaw No. 11-79/15 hereby repealed. 8. This bylaw shall come into force and take effect immediately upon approval of the Minister of Urban Affairs. Read a first time this 15th day of May, 1985.
