## AMENDING BYLAW NO. 241-05
## (FENCE HEIGHT BYLAW)
## A BYLAW OF THE VILLAGE OF AVONLEA TO SET THE HEIGHT OF RESIDENTIAL FENCES WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF AVONLEA.
The Council of the Village of Avonlea, in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
- All residential fences within the Village of Avonlea shall be a maximum four (4') feet in height, along the front and side yards from the front edge of the house to the front property line and a maximum six (6) feet in height along the side and rear yards, from the front edge of the house to the back end property line.
2. The height distance to be measured from ground level to top of fence.
3. This Bylaw shall come into force the 1st day of January 2006.
