BYLAW NO. 2-19
A BYLAW OF THE TOWN OF BALCARRES TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 4-15
WHICH PROVIDES FOR FIXING WATER RATES AND SEWER SERVICE
CHARGES
Council of the TOWN of BALCARRES in the Province of Saskatchewan,
enacts as follows:
1), THAT Schedule “A” to Bylaw No. 2-18 as enacted on 20" Day February, 2018
be repealed.
2. THE schedule attached and marked "A” shall take effect in all respects as
Schedule “A” to Bylaw No.4-15
THE rates, charges, tolls or rents contained in this bylaw shall come into force and take
effect on the day of approval being issued by the Local Government Committee.

$16.00 Per 1,000 gallons
$18.00 Per 1,000 gallons for non-residents
