WATER RATE INCREASE - JANUARY 2026
In January 2024, there was a Water Rate announcement regarding Bylaw No. 456/2023, which increased
the water rates in 2024, 2025 and 2026. The final increase will start in January 2026. Please see the below
table for the new quarterly minimum rates for metered and unmetered (residential mobile homes)
properties:
