BYLAW NO. 9-23 A BYLAW TO REMOVE AND SET TRAFFIC CONTROLS The Council of the Village of Belle Plaine in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows: 1. Remove and open Prospect St. at South entrance. 2. 4 way stop sign at Prospect Street and Assiniboia Avenue. 3. 4 way stop sign at Main Street and Assiniboia Avenue. 4. 3 Way stop at Bison Street and Railway Avenue. 5. 1 stop sign on Prairie Street at Railway Avenue. 6. Stop signs at every entrance/exit onto Regina Avenue (service road) 7. Bylaw # 2-16 is here by repealed.
