## TOWN OF BLAINE LAKE BYLAW NO. 09/2025
A bylaw to amend Bylaw No. 2013/05 known as the Zoning Bylaw of the Town of Blaine Lake.
The Council of the Town of Blaine Lake, in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts to amend Bylaw No. 2013/05 as follows:
1. The Zoning District Map referred to in Section 6.2 is amended by rezoning Parcel M, Plan AV3863, Ext 0 from RI- Residential Districtto C2 - Highway Commercial District all land shown within the bold cross-hatching on "Schedule A".
2. This bylaw shall come into force and take effect on the date of approval by the Minister of Govemment Relations.
