A Bylaw to Amend Bylaw 4-92
The Council of the Village of Bradwell in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as
follows:
1.
Bylaw No. 4-92 is amended as follows:
a)
Schedule "A" to Bylaw No. 4-92 is repealed and the following
substituted in its place:
"Schedule "A" to Bylaw No. 4-92
Monthly Water Rates as of:
Date of approval by the Local Government Committee, 2022
-
2,000 gallons or less, minimum $ 50.00
-
over 2,000 gallons, $ 2.55 per 100 gallons or part thereof."

over 2,000 gallons, $ 2.70 per 100 gallons or part thereof."
Jan 1, 2024

2,000 gallons or less, minimum $ 55.00

over 2,000 gallons, $ 2.85 per 100 gallons or part thereof."
2.
Bylaw No. 1-2017 is hereby repealed.
3.
This Bylaw shall come into force and take effect on the day of approval
thereof being issued by the Local Government Committee.
