Public Notice
The Village of Grayson hereby informs ratepayers that information pursuant to Section
54 of The Municipalities Regulations, Subsection 22.5 of The Cities Regulations or
Section 44 of The Northern Municipalities Regulations, is available for inspection at the
municipality's municipal office during regular office hours Tuesday and Thursdays from
9:00 am to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
1. This includes a copy of the BYLAW NO. 04-2021- A Bylaw of the Village of
Grayson to Regulate and Control the Use and Consumption of Water from the
Municipality's Waterworks System and Controlling and Regulating the Discharge
of Sewer into the Municipality's Sewage System including Fixed Rates for the
Use and Consumption of Water and Use of Sewer. This Bylaw outlines the
current Waterworks Rate Policy and Asset Management Plan that details the
Capital Investment Plan and investment strategy
2. The 2021 Financial Overview
3. Current Reserves
4. Most Recent Waterworks Independent Engineering Assessment
5. Capital plans for waterworks infrastructure projects and their sources of funding.
