Bylaw No. 2017-05-25
A Bylaw Of The Village of Laird To Amend Bylaw
No.1-2002 Which Provides For Fixing Water
Rates And Sewer Service Charges
Council of the Village of Laird, in the Province of Saskatchewan,
enacts as follows:
1. THAT Schedule A to Bylaw No.1-2002 as enacted on September
10th, 2008 be repealed.
2. THE schedule attached and marked “A” shall take effect in all
respects as Schedule A to Bylaw No.1-2002.
THE rates, charges, tolls or rents contained in this bylaw shall come into
force and take effect on the day of approval being issued by the Local
Government mittee.

0-2,500 gallons $45.00 per month (base rate)
2,501 — 9,999,999 gallons $8.50 per 1000 gallons
MONTHLY SEWER RATES
0-5,000 gallons $25.00 per month (base rate mjyimum)
gallons $2.00 per 1000 gallons
