## TOWN OF LANGHAM
## BYLAW NO. 1-90
## A BYLAW TO ESTABLISH NO SMOKING IN THE LANGHAM CENTENNIAL ARENA
The Council of the Town of Langham, in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
1. That lighting, carrying or smoking any lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe or other smoking devise in the Langham Centennial Arena building in the assed in viewing area, the ice surface are ind the ice resurfacer room is prohibited.
2. Any person found guilty of an infraction of this bylaw shall be liable to the penalties provided in The General Penalty Bylaw No. 3-85.
