## WATER & SEWER RATES
Utility bills are issued bi-monthly for the Town of LeRoy residents.
#### MONTHLY RESIDENTIAL WATER & SEWER RATES - NEW RATES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2025
* Water: $33.00/month; 2000 gal/month; over 2001 gallons $1.40/100 gal
* Sewer: $29.50/month
* Infrastructure Charge: $32.50/month
#### TWO MONTH RESIDENTIAL WATER RATES
* Water: $66.00 every two months; 4000 gal; over 4001 gallons $1.40/100 gal
* Sewer: $59.00 every two months
* Infrastructure Charge: $65.00 Bi-monthly (every two months)
#### AUTOMATED CURBSIDE WASTE COLLECTION
* Curbside Pickup: $15.00/month as of August 1, 2026
* Picked up Bi-weekly
* Added to water bill - Bi-monthly (every two months)
#### AUTOMATED CURBSIDE RECYCLE COLLECTION
* Curbside Pickup: $2.50/month as of August 1, 2026
* Picked up Bi-weekly
* Added to water bill - Bi-monthly (every two months)
#### ADDITIONAL INFO:
* Water Meter Deposits: $100.00 per meter, must be paid at time of hook-up
* Re-connection fee: $50.00
* Seasonal Disconnect or Reconnect: $50.00
* Meter Replacement if damaged due to frost or other liable damage - $250.00

* Truck Fill - $1.00/65 gallons
