BYLAW #2018-01
A BYLAW TO PROHIBIT THE KEEPING OF BEES
The Council of the Village of Lipton, of the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
1. No person shall keep bees at any time within the limits of the Village.
2. Any person found guilty of an infraction of this bylaw shall be liable to the penalties
provided in the general bylaw of the Village.
3. Bylaw No. 3/73 is hereby repealed.
