RESORT VILLAGE OF LUMSDEN BEACH BYLAW NO. 2013 / 15 A BYLAW AUTHORIZING COUNCIL TO ENACT SPEED LIMITS The Council of the Resort Village of Lumsden Beach (RVLB) in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows: 1. A speed limit of 60 kilometers per hour on Chown Street. 2. A speed limit of 25 kilometers per hour on all other roads within RVLB. 3. A designated officer who believes that a person has contravened this bylaw may serve Notice of Violation in an amount set out in the annual Schedule of Fees. Voluntary payment may be paid to the municipality within seven days thereby avoiding prosecution for the contravention. 4. Failure to pay the Notice of Violation may lead to prosecution and a fine as set out in the annual RVLB Schedule of Fees. Read a third time and adopted This 21st day of May 2013
