Utilities are billed Quarterly at the end of the quarter; Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-
Sept, and Oct-Dec. Invoices are due and payable upon receipt.
Water Rate: water is charged flat-rate, $25.00 /month = $ 75.00 /quarter
Sewer Charge: $25.00 /mo *increase 15.00/month
as of July 1, 2025 = $75.00 /quarter
Garbage and Recycle: $25.00 /mo = $ 75.00 /quarter
is picked up by Loraas Services twice per month:
every second week. Garbage is on Tuesday, Recycle
on Thursday. This year's schedule is attached
as a chart for your convenience. Bins must be placed
at the edge of the front roadway by 7am = $225.00/quarter
Infrastructure Fee: $10.00 / quarter
