## RESORT VILLAGE OF MANITOU BEACH SPEED LIMIT BYLAW-UNPAVED STREETS
## BYLAW 05-2021
This Bylaw may be cited as "The Speed Limit Bylaw".
## 1. SHORT TITLE
## 2. PURPOSE
The purpose of this Bylaw is as follows:
- To ease wear of Village infrastructure
- To provide safe streets for pedestrians
- To reduce incidence of accidents
- To reduce dust
- a) Administrator - shall mean the CAO of the Resort Village of Manitou Beach.
