RENTAL AND ADMISSION RATES
BYLAW NO.14-2025
A BYLAW OF THE CITY OF MARTENSVILLE FOR THE RENTAL AND
ADMISSION RATES PROVIDED BY THE CITY OF MARTENSVILLE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 8(1)(I) of The Cities Act, the city may set rental and
admission rates for services provided and may set the time and place and the manner in which
they will be payable;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the City of Martensville deems it necessary and desirable to
do so;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Martensville hereby enacts as follows:
1. That the following Rental and Admission Rates shall be set as identified in the
applicable Schedules.
2. The fees indicated in this Bylaw shall be payable at the time of request.
3. All fees are effective beginning on the dates stated in the applicable Schedules.
