## A BYLAW TO REGULATE THE SPEED OF VEHICLES WITHIN THE RESORT VILLAGE
he council of the Resort Village of Mistusinne in the Province ( askatchewan enacts as follow:
## DEFINITIONS:
In this Bylaw, including this section:
- "Resort Village" shall mean the corporation of the Resort Village of Mistusinne or the area contained within the boundaries of the Resort Village of Mistusinne as the context requires;
- "Vehicle" shall mean a vehicle or motor vehicle as defined by The Traffic Safety Act.
## GENERAL
2. Subject to Clause 3, no person shall operate a vehicle in the Resort Village at a speed greater than forty (40) km/hour.
3. No person shall operate a vehicle at a speed greater than thirty (30) km/hour in the speed zones (playground area) set out below:
3. Between 449 and 450 Mistusinne Crescent; and
- Between 625 and 626 Sakuhikan Drive.
## PENALTIES
4. A person found guilty of an infraction of any provision of this bylaw shall be liable to a fine of $100.
