## ZONING AMMENDMENT BYLAW
A BYLAW OF THE VILLAGE OF MORTLACH TO AMEND BYLAW # 02-2018 KNOWN AS THE ZONING BYLAW UNDER SUBSECTON 46(3) OF The Planning and Development Act, 2007
The Council of the Village of Mortlach, in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
## 1. Bylaw No. 2022-002
This bylaw shall be known as the "Zoning Amendment Bylaw".
- The Zoning District Map referred to in section 5.2 is amended by rezoning from FUD- Future Urban Development District to C2 - Commercial/ Light Industrial District all land shown within the bold dashed line on the attached plan of proposed subdivision dated September 13th ', 2022 and signed by Mayor Buckley and Administrator Bossence, which forms part of the bylaw.

3. That this Bylaw shall come into force and take effect upon the date it is
