(a) A person who contravenes the provisions of sections 1 and 2 is guilty of an offence and liable on !lllllllllaty conviction to a penalty of not more than $200 for thll frrst offonce and not more then $5 00 fol" each subsequent offence. (b) 'The total fine shell not exceed the maximum provided for in the General Penalty Bylaw - No 14/86 of the Town ofNnicru11 6.
