## REBORT VILLAGE OF NORTH GROVE BYLAW NO. 12-90 ## A BYLAW TO REGULATE THE SPEED OF MOTOR VEHICLES WITHIN THE RESORT VILLAGE OF NORTH GROVE The Council of the Resort Village of North Grove, In the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 1. In this Bylaw the expressions: - (a) "public highway" shall have the meaning ascribed to it by Ihe Highways Act, but shall not include a provincial highway as designated in pursuance of such act; 3. (b) "motor vehicle" Shall have the meaning ascribed to it by The Vehicles Act. 2. No person shall operate a motor vehicle at a greater speed than 40 kilometers per hour on a public highway within any of the boundaries of the Resort Village of North Grove. 3. Section 2 shall not apply too the operators of fire engines, and fire department apparatus and operators of an ambulance where these vehicles are being operated on emergency duty and employing the siren and flashing red lights. 4.
