## RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF ABERDEEN NO. 373 BYLAW 9405
A BYLAW TO PROHIBIT OBSTRUCTIONS ADJACENT TO CERTAIN ROAD ALLOWANCES WITHIN CR - COUNTRY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT PURSUANT TO SECTION 206 (2)(N) OF THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY ACT, 1989
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Aberdeen No. 373, in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
1. For the purpose of this bylaw the expression:
2. (a) "CR DISTRICT" means any area zoned country residential within the Rural Municipality of Aberdeen No.373
3. (b) "road" means any road as designated in Schedule "A" to this Bylaw; or as may be added to that. Schedule by resolution of Council.
No person shall hereafter plant trees or shrubs or place stone, earth or gravel piles, portable structures, machinery or other objects (excluding fences) on private property within:
- 36.6 metres (120 feet) from the intersection of two or more roads,
- 21 metres (70 feet) from the centre line of any road.
The council may; by order; direct the owner of any private property upon which a tree or shrub has been planted, or a stone, earth or gravel pile, portable structure, machinery or other obiect. (excluding fences) has been olaced in contravention of the provisions of Section 2 hereof, to remove the same within a time stated in such order and the provisions of Section 173 of The Rural Municipality Act, 1989, shall apply, mutatis mutandis, if the owner fails to comply with the order.
4. Any person who contravenes the provisions of Section 2 hereof is guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to the penalties imposed in the general penalty bylaw of the municipality.
