## RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF ARBORFIELD NO. 456 BYLAW NO. 13-04
## A BYLAW TO REGULATE THE SPEED OF HEAVY VEHICLES IN THE R.M. OF ARBORFIELD NO. 456
Pursuant to Section 8 of The Municipalities Act, The Council of the Rural Municipality of Arborfield No. 456 in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
1. In this bylaw the expression
- a) "public highway" shall have the meaning ascribed to it by the Highway Traffic Act.
- b) "motor vehicle" shall have the meaning ascribed to it by the Highway Traffic Act.
2. No person shall operate a motor vehicle with a gross weight in excess of 12,000 kg at a speed greater than 60 kilometers per hour within the Rural Municipality of Arborfield No. 456.
3. Signs indicating the maximum speed allowed shall be erected at the commencement of the speed zone area.
4. Any person who contravenes any provision of this bylaw shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary convictions to the penalties in the General Penalty Bylaw.
