<!-- image --> ## Rural Municipality of Arlington No. 79 BYLAW NO. 407 ## A BYLAW TO ESTABLISH A WEIGHT CORRIDOR AND TRUCK ROUTE The Council of the Rural Municipality of Arlington No. 79 in the Province of Saskatchewan, under authority of Section 18 of the Municipalities Act 2006 enacts the following: ## 1. Definitions: - "primary weight" means primary weights as established by the Vehicle Weight and Dimension Regulations: - "Primary Weight Corridor" means a continuous length of municipal road that connects to a provincial highway designated as primary weight and where trucks are allowed to operate at primary weight. - The road in the R.M. of Arlington No. 79 described as follows shall be designated a Primary Weight Corridor/Truck Route; - begins at the intersection of Highway 13 and Rge Rd 3201, one mile west of Dollard, then proceeds north to connect with Twp Rd 092 (Grid 724) via the following route: - Rge Rd 3201 West of Pt NW 36-7-20-3, West of Sections 1 and 12-8-20-3, - Twp Rd 082 North of Section 12-8-20-3, - Rge Rd 3200 (Grid 613) East of Sections 13, 24, 25, 36-8-20-3, and East of Sections 1 &amp; 12-9-20-W3. 2. The Primary Weight Corridor/Truck Route may be subject to weight restrictions in the spring or when conditions warrant. 3. Council maintains the right to require haul road maintenance agreements with firms or operators conducting concentrated hauls on any Primary Weight Corridor/Truck Route. 4. This Bylaw comes into force and takes effect on the day of the final passing hereof and shall remain in effect until such time as the bylaw is repealed. 5.
