## BYLAN NO. 190
## A BYLAW RESPECTING PLOUGHING, ENCUMBERING AND OBSTRUCTING ROADS

The couneil of the Rural Municipality of Arlington No. 79, In the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as followe:
1. In this bylaw the expression "road" means any designated grid or main laro access road within this municipality as defined by the Highway Act, other than a provincial highway as designated pursuant to such Act.
- No person shall plough a road or portion thereof in the mnicipality ercept by written authority of the council.
- No person shall encumber or obstruct a road in the municipality by leaving a vehicle, or other article or thing standing thereon.
- Any person who contravenes the provisions of this bylaw is guilty of an oftence and Ilable on surmary conviction to the penalties imposed in the General Penalty Bylaw of the municipality.
