A permit is required for any construction, alteration, repair, renovation, demolition or moving of a building regulated by the Uniform Building and Accessibility Standards Act; accessory buildings ≤10m² and most farm buildings exempt. Fees per Schedule C of the Building Official Service Contract; flat $50 demolition fee plus $1,000 refundable deposit. Repeals Bylaws 10/2006 and 11/2019.
