HEAVY TRUCK SPEED LIMIT
RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF CLAYTON NO.333
BYLAW NO. 2019-01
A BYLAW TO ESTABLISH SPEED LIMITS OF SIXTY KM PER HOUR FOR
HEAVY TRUCKS ON MUNICIPAL ROADS
Council of the Rural Municipality of Clayton No.333, in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
L This bylaw shall be known as the "Heavy Truck Speed Limit Bylaw".
2. Speed:
No person shall operate a vehicle which is greater than seven (7) ton at a speed greater than Sixty
(60) km per hour within the boundaries of the Rural Municipality of Clayton No. 333.
3. Any person who contravenes any provisions ofthis bylaw is guilty of an offence and liable on
summary conviction to the penalties imposed by The Summary Offences Procedure Act and any
other applicable legislation.
4. Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of clause 2 of this bylaw is guilty of an offence
and liable on summary conviction to the penalties provided in the General Penalty Bylaw of the
municipality.
