## RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF CRAIK NO. 222 BYLAW NO. 2018-04
## A BYLAW TO ESTABLISH NO FENCING AND OR GATES ACROSS MAINTAINED ROAD ALLOWANCES
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Craik No. 222 in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
THAT no fencing and or gates allowed across a maintained road allowance within the Municipality.
Any person or persons who contravenes the provision in this bylaw will be subject to a fine under the general penalty bylaw.
