## BYLAW NO. 94-26
A BYLAW RELATING TO THE PLANTING OF TREES OR SHRUBS OR OF STONE PILES AND OTHER OBJECTS ADJACENT TO CERTAIN HIGHWAYS
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Craik No. 222 in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
- For the puposes of this bylaw the expression:
- "Road" means any road allowance within the municipality other than:
- (a) "Municipality" means the Rural Municipality of Craik No. 222 in the Province of Saskatchewan;
- (i) a private road,
- (ii) a provincial highway,
- No person shall hereafter plant trees or shrubs or place stone, or gravel piles, portable structures, machinery or other objects on private property within one hundred and fifty feet from the center line of any road or three hundred feet from intrersection of roads.
3. The Council may, by order, direct the owner of any private property upon which a tree or shrub has been planted, or a stone, earth or gravel pile, portable structure, machinery OI other object has been placed in contravention of the provisions of Section 2 hereof, to remove the same within a time to be stated in such order and the provisions of Section 173 of the Rural Municipality Act, 1989, shall apply, mutatis mudandis, if the owner fails to comply with the order.
4. Any person who contravenes the provisions of section 2 hereof is guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to the penalties imposed in the General Penalty Bylaw of the municipality.
