## RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF DUFFERIN NO. 190
BYLAW NO. 3199
## A BYLAW TO REGULATE THE SPEED OF MOTOR VEHICLES
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Dufferin No. 190 in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
1. In this bylaw the expresssion:
- a) "public highway " shall have the meaning ascribed to it by The Highways and Transportation Act but shall not include a Provinicial Highway as designated pursuant to such act:
- b) " motor vehichle " shall have the meaning ascribed to it by The Highway Traffic Act.
4. No person shall operate a motor vehicle at a greater speed than 30 kilometres per hour on a public highway with the Hamlet of Highwood Beach.
5. Signs indicating the maximum speed allowed shall be erected on all streets entering the Hamlet and shall be placed at the point of entry or commencement of the speed zone.
4. Any person guilty of an infraction of the provisions of this Bylaw shall be liable to the penalties in the General Penalty Bylaw of the Municipality.
