## BYLAN NO. 10-97
A BYLAN RELATING TO THE PLANTING OF TREES OR SHRUBS OF THE PLACING OF STONE PILES AND OTHER OBJECTS TO CERTAIN HIGHWAYS,
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Dundurn No. 314 the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
1. For the purposes of this bylaw the expression: (з) "municipality" means the Rural Nunicipality of Dundurn Nox 314 of Saskatchewan;
2. "Road" means any road allowance within the
municipality other shan:
a private road, or

Any person who contravenes the provisions of section 2 is guilty of en offence and liable on summary the penalties imposed in the general penalty bylaw of the municipality.
Bylaw No. 1-74 is hereby repealed.
