3. 5. ## BYLAW NO. 11-97 A BYLAW RELATING TO THE RENOVAL OF TREES, SHRUBS, STONE PILES, OR OTHER OBJECTS ADJACENT TO CERTAIN HIGHWAYS. The Council of the Rural Municipality of Dundurn No. 314 in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: - For the purposes of this bylow the expression: "Municipality" means the Rural Municipality of - Dundurn No. 314 of Saskatchewan; (b) "Road" means any road allowance within the - municipality other than: 11} a private ready Or* (ill) a road or highway within the following Hamlet, - (ii) a provincial highway, to wit: Resort Village of Shields Resort Village of Thade - Subject to section 3 hereof, the council to time, by Resolution, лау FreE time the remaval, at expense of the the municipality, of any brush, treas or on private property, or stome, earth or portable structures, machinery or other objects placed on private property within; - hundred feet from the intersectin of two - (b) one hundred and fifty feet from the centre line of any road allowance other than a provincial highway. - (2) Every resolution passed under subsection (1? hereof shall designate the private property to which it relates.
