## BYLAW NO. 2/68
·A BYLAW TO RESTRICT THE WEIGHT OF VEHICLES USING ROADS AND BRIDGES
The council of the Rural vunicipality of Great Bend No. 405 in the province of saskatchewan, enacts as follows;-
1. (a) such Act;
2. "single axler means all wheels whose centres may be included between two parallel transverse vertical planes 40 inches apart extending across the full width of the vehicle;
3. (C) #group axlest means any consecutive number of axles;

5. 2(1) Notwithstanding section 3 the maximum gross weight that may be transmitted to the road through any point or points of contact of any vehicle pen pperated or moved over or upon any road in the municipality or section therof, subject to such lower gross weights as may be established by bylaw on any bridge for of any section of road in the municipality shall not exceed:

13. (a) the width of a tire shall be as indicated thereon by the manufacturer;

19. (a) for a three axles truck or three axle passenger carrying motor vehicle ...42,000 pounds;
20. (a) for any semistrailer, or combination of truck and trailer the maximum allowable gross weight shall be herein provided.

Any person found guilty or an infraction of any of the provisions of this bylaw shall be liable to the penalties proviced in the general of the municipality.
