## BYLAW NO. 6/24
## A BYLAW TO REGULATE THE SPEED OF MOTOR VEHICLES WITHIN THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF HEART'S HILL NO.352
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Heart's Hill No. 352, (the Municipality) in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
1. In this Bylaw the expression:
2. "motor vehicle" shall have the meaning ascribed to it by the The Traffic
3. "public highway" shall have the meaning ascribed to it by The Highways and Transportation Act, 1997, but shall not include a provincial highway as designated in pursuance of such Act;
2. No person shall operate a motor vehicle at a greater speed than ninety (90) kilometers per hour on the portion of a public highway, described as follows, within the Rural Municipality of Heart's Hill No. 352:
- b. Primary Grid #676 (Range Road 3263) commencing at Township Road 340 through to Township Road 370(19 miles);
6. Primary Grid #771 (Township Road 362) commencing at Range Road 3260 through to Range Road 3283(15 miles);
- c. Primary Grid #680 (Range Road 3283) commencing at Township Road 362 through to Township Road 370(4 miles).
3. Signs indicating the maximum speed allowed shall be crected at the commencement of the speed zone areas and signs shall be crected showing the end of the speed zone агса.
4. Section 2 shall not apply to operators of fire engines and fire department apparatus, and operators of an ambulance, where such vehicles are being operated on emergency duty and the sirens and flashing lights are employed.
5. Any person found guilty of an infraction of the provisions of this Bylaw shall be liable to the penalties set out in the Municipality's General Penalty Bylaw.
6. Bylaw 9/97 is hereby repealed.
7. This Bylaw shall come into force and take effect upon approval by the Council for the Rural Municipality of Heart's Hill No.352.
