The Counc o/ the Rural Municipality of Lipton #217 in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts the
following:

highway" means a road, parkway, driveway, square or place designated for or used by the
eneral public for the passage of vehicies1 but does not include any area, whether privately
r publidy owned, that is primarily intended to be used for the parking of veh_icles and the
ecessary passageways on that area; as defined in the Traffic Safety Act, Chapter T-18.1.
motor vehicle" means a vehicle propelfed or driven by any means other than muscular
wer; as defined in the Traffic Safety Act, Chapter T-1B.1.
