RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF LIVINGTON NO. 331
BYLAW NO. 01-2014
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Livingston No. 331, in the Province
of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
1. Definitions
(a) "highway" means a road within the Municipality under the
direction, control and management of the Municipality that
is designed and intended for or used by the general public
for the passage of vehicles
(b) "motor vehicle" means a vehicle propelled or driven by any
means other than that by muscular power.
2. No person shall operate a motor vehicle at a speed greater than 60
kilometres per hour on that portion of a public highway described as :
NORTH OF NE & NW 24-34-30-Wl
3. Signs indicating the maximum speed allowed shall be erected at the
commencement of the speed zone area and signs shall be erected
showing the end of the speed zone area
4. That this bylaw shall come into force and take effect on the day of
the final passing.
