RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF LOREBURN NO. 254
PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to The Planning and Development Act, 2007, public notice is hereby given that the Council of the Rural Municipality of Loreburn No. 254
intends to adopt a bylaw to amend Bylaw 06/2024, known as the Zoning Bylaw.
INTENT
The proposed bylaw amendment will:
- Rezone SW Sec 14 Twp 26 Rge 05 W3 Extension 4 from AR - Agriculture / Resource District to IC - Industrial / Commercial District all
land shown within the bold dashed line on Sketch "A".

REASON
The reason for the amendment is:
- To facilitate commercial development on the subject property.
PUBLIC INSPECTION
Any person may inspect the bylaw at the R.M. of Loreburn's Municipal Office at 562 Main St, Loreburn SK, between 8:30-12:00pm and 1:00pm -
4:00pm from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Bylaw copies are available at a cost.
PUBLIC HEARING
Council will hold a public hearing on March 19, 2025 at 10:00 am at the Municipal Office to hear any person or group that wants to comment on the
proposed bylaw. Council will also consider written comments received at the hearing or delivered to the undersigned at the R.M. office before the hearing.
