## The Rural Municipality of Moose Range No. 486
A Bylaw empowering the council to prevent the damaging, obstructing or incumbering of roads within the municipality.

Under authority of the Rural Municiplities Act,
Rural Municipality of Moose Range No. 486 enacts as follows:
1. It shall be unlawful for any person to plough, incumber or obstruct, or cause to be ploughed, incumbered or obstructed any road of the municipality.
2. Any person who desires to move any vehicle, building, article or thing over the roads of the municipality that in so doing would cause damage to the said roads must first obtain permission by way of a written pernit from the council of the municipality.
3. Any person found guilty of an infraction of this bylaw of the municipality.
shall be liable to the penalties provided in the General Penalty Bylaw DONE AND PASSED in council assembled and read three times by the unanimous vote of the council of the Rural lunicipality of Moose Range No. 486 of the Province of Saskatchewan this Ist day of June, A.D. 1946.
