## BYLAW NO 93-3
A BYLAW TO REGULATE THE SPEED OF MOTOR VEHICLES PURSUANT TO SECTION 206 (2)(C) OF THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY ACT 1989
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Pleasantdale No. 398 in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
1. In this bylaw the expression:
2. (a) "public highway" shall have the meaning ascribed to it by the Highways and Transportation Act, 1983-84, but shall not include a provincial highway as designated puruant to such Act:
3. "motor vehicle" shall have the meaning ascribed to it by the Highway Traffic Act.
4. No person shall operate a motor vehicle at a greater than 50 kilometers per hour on that portion of a public highway described as follows: South of SW-2-40-18-
3. Signs indicating the maximum speed allowed shall be erected at the commencement of speed zone area and signs shall be erected showing the end of the speed zone area.
6. Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this bylaw is guilty of an affence and liable on summary conviction to the penalties provided in the general penalty bylaw of this municipality.
