A BYLAW RESPITING LOUGHING, ENCULBIRING AND OBTRUCTING ROADIS
The Council of the Paral inicipality of Flecsantcale No. 398 in the Province of jaskatcheven enocts as follows:
1. In this bylav the expression "road" neans any public highwey within this municipality as defined by The Highways Act, other than a provincial highizy as desigated pursuant to such.et.
2. Iio person shall plough a road or portion thereal in the municipality excent by written euthority of the council.
3. No person shall encumber or obstruct a road in the municipality by leaving & vehicle, or other asticle or thing standing thereon.
4o iny person who contravenes the provisions of this bylaw 1s guilty of an offence and Liable on surmary conviction to the penalties imposed in the General Penalty Bylaw of the Municipality.
