- A BYLAW TO RESTRICT THE WEIGHT OF VEHICLES USING BRIDGES.
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Pleasantdale No. 398 in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
1. It shall be unlawful to drive any vehicle weighing, with or without its load, more than 9 Tonnes on a 2 Axle Truck,
2. 15 Tonnes on a 3 Axle Truck or 26 Tonnes on a 5 Axle Semi-Trailer over the bridge located on the N.N.W.-9-42-18-W2 within the Municipality.
2. The provisions of Section 1 does not apply to bridges located on any provincial highway.
3. Any person found guilty of an infraction of the provisions of this bylaw shall be liable to the penalties provided in the General Penalty Bylaw of the municipality.
