<!-- image --> ## A BYLAW TO REGULATE THE SPEED OF MOTOR VEHICLES WITHIN THE HAMLETS OF LAC VERT, PLEASANTDALE OR SILVER PARK. The Council of the Rural Municipality of Pleasantdale No. 398 in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: - 1. - In this bylaw the expression: (a) "public highway" shall have the meaning ascribed to it by The Highways Act, but shall not include a provincial highway as designated in pursuance of such Act: (b) "motor vehicle" shall have the meaning ascribed to it. - by The Vehicles Act. 2. No person shall operate a motor vehicle at a greater speed than 40 kilometres per: hour on a public highway within any of the hamlets of Lac Vert, Pleasantdale OI Silver Park 3. Section 2 shall not apply to the operators of fire engines, and fire department apparatus and operators of an ambulance where these vehicles are being operated on emergency duty and employing the siren and flashing red lights. 4.
