## Obstruction of Roads Bylaw ## RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF PONASS LAKE NO. 367 BYLAW NO. 14/13 A BYLAW RESPECTING THE BREAKING, PLOUGHING, CUTTING, FILLING, INJURING, ENCUMBERING AND OBSTRUCTING OF MUNICIPAL ROADS AND OTHER PULIC PLACES |The council for the Rural Municipality of Ponass Lake No. 367 in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows: 1. This Bylaw shall be refered to as Obstruction of Roads Bylaw. 2. In this Bylaw: - a) "public highway" means a road allowance, road, street or lane vested in the Crown in right of Saskatchewan or set aside for the purposed of the Crown in right of Saskatchewan pursuant to the North-West Territories Act or any Act, and includes anything erected onor in connection with the public highway; - b) "Municipality" means the Rural Municipality of Ponass Lake No. 367; - c) "Council" means the Council of the Rural Municipality of Ponass Lake No. 367. 3. No person shall plough, break, cut, fill or otherwise injure a public highway or other public place in the municipality except by written authority of council. 4. No person shall encumber or obstruct a road in the muncipality by leaving a vehicle, other article or thing standing thereon. 5. Any person who contravenes the provisions of this Bylaw is guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to the penalties imposed in the General Penalty Bylaw of the Municipality. 6. Bylaw No. 6/1983 is hereby repealed 7.
